POLE: ADV. BEGINNER/INTRO TO INTERMEDIATE

Are you “in-between”?

You’ve taken Pole: Beginner for a while and are thinking about taking Pole: Intermediate. This class is a perfect addition! Upright poses and unconventional grips give you more variety now that you have learned how to climb and pole sit. Work with twisted grips, cup grips, and bracket holds.

Already taking Pole: Intermediate? Clean up your pole work and finesse your aerial climbs with beautiful tricks like the Flamingo, Apprentice, Figurehead, Planche, and Mercury.

Prerequisite: forearm climb up near the top, perform pole sit on both spin and static pirouette, and perform most Pole: Beginner spins comfortably.

FLEXIBILITY TRAINING (all levels)

Boost mobility and get dancer-flexibility all in one class

Stretch and prep your body for pole! Use this class to help lengthen your entire body for pole, and at the same time stretch to gain better ranges of motion. Get sleeker lines and longer extensions with flexibility training!
Prerequisite: None
Attire:
comfortable workout attire such as leggings

FLEXIBILITY FLOW (all levels)

Flexibility training in action

Wish there was a way to work flexibility, restorative yoga, and dance all at the same time? We have that here for you in this class. Meticulously pulling from modern dance, yoga, and active flexibility training, this class is anything but conventional. Best of all, you will be working directly towards your flexibility goals the entire time. Start with a slow modern, breath to movement sequence and take your body through various leg lifts, swings, and beautiful arching & caving. Hit the big stretches, then end each class ends with a restorative pose your body needs.

All levels welcome, no pole or dance experience needed.
Attire: loose, comfortable pants, and socks.

CLIMBS AND INVERTS (all levels)

Build more on your climbing and inverting skills

Dedicate more practice to your climbing and inverting! This class complements with all of our other classes, as an invert/climb intensive workshop at the price of an ongoing weekly class. Watch the results of improved strength, tricks, and mastery of high aerial practice appear in your skill set. Suitable for all levels – from first-time students to advanced polers already comfortable with handsprings.

Attire: Shorts!

PoleFix (all levels)

Exclusively designed for pole dancers

We are excited to bring you PoleFix. It is carefully constructed for polers who are dedicated to achieving more from their pole practice. Whether you’re looking to gain strength & mobility, looking to make better lines, or ensure lasting results, this class is for you. We have pulled together from various athletic training methods and movement, long term pole dance development, and modern collaborations with Ignite Phyzio. In total, this is decades of professional athletic experience wrapped up into one class to give pole dancers a true, off-the-pole training class for better pole dancing results.

Shake that booty!

Isolate and work the booty! Start with a sexy, hip hop cardio warm up. Engage your bum with isolation conditioning, then take it into multiple variations of twerking. Let loose and move your body on the dance floor with a hot twerk choreo combo at the end. Live up your nightlife persona and boost up your fitness lifestyle.

No experience needed.
Attire: Loose and comfortable shorts/pants or pole shorts, kneepads.

Feel confident, empowered, and more fit with our unique choreography. Be sure to join for consecutive weeks to gain the most benefit of developing your pole dancing skills.     POLE CHOREOGRAPHY: BEGINNER

    DANCE YOUR WAY THROUGH

    Are you starting to take our POLE: BEGINNER classes? Add on our Pole Choreography classes. Learn routines that blend all aspects of pole dancing and floorwork that will add finesse and self-expression to your pole dancing style. Feel confident, empowered, and more fit with our unique choreography. Get stronger and more flexible in your dance movements. This is also the best time to practice mastering your dance in platform stilettos!
    Prerequisite: at least a few POLE: BEGINNER classes is recommended.
    Attire:
    In addition to shorts and heels, we strongly recommended kneepads, leggings, or over-the-knee socks.

    POLE CHOREOGRAPHY: INTERMEDIATE

    CREATE A SEAMLESS PERFORMANCE

    More intermediate level tricks are in our combos, such as shoulder balances, rolls, inverts, and intricate low flow sequences. If you are currently taking the Beginner Choreography classes and want to experience a stage-ready dance combo, this class is for you!
    Prerequisite: POLE CHOREOGRAPHY: BEGINNER and POLE: INTERMEDIATE experience is required, or the equivalent if you have prior pole experience outside of our classes.
    Attire:
    In addition to shorts and heels, we strongly recommended kneepads, leggings, or over-the-knee socks.

    LOW FLOW ELEMENTS

    All levels

    Polish up your low flow skills with this elements class that breaks down the most commonly used choreography moves in our choreography classes. Improve your basework tricks and floor-level moves such as thread throughs, direction and level changes, and hand balances. Spend more time here practicing the tricks used in choreography classes. Practice creating your own low flow!
    Prerequisite: none
    Attire:
    Bring your kneepads and heels! Alternatively, you can wear leggings or over-the-knee socks.
