If you would like to come see the studio and speak with an instructor, please arrive 10 minutes before that day’s first class or right after the end of the day’s last class. Only prospective customers can observe classes in session, just be sure to give us a call and let us know beforehand so we can accommodate you. You can also attend one of our FREEdance nights, as long as you RSVP. These are held once every 2 to 3 months and allow you to watch students perform, as well as meet the instructors. Lastly, check out our Media page and watch our youtube videos of live classes.FREEDANCE NIGHT RSVP
Yes. Inversion welcomes any student who is serious about learning pole dancing, including both men and women, and does not discriminate based on gender. Male pole dancers are among the norm of the pole dance community, and we assure you that all students we accept in our classes have authentic intentions of learning pole.
We do protect our students to feel comfortable and safe by reserving the right to refuse service if we sense a person is disrupting privacy or harming the studio environment.
If you do not have any pole dance experience, you must start with any class open to beginner level or all levels. These classes include:
Fluidity in Pole: Beginner
Pole Strengthening and Flexibility
We recommend sampling all these classes to get the most out of your pole dance experience and workout. All these classes when taken together, help keep you well-rounded as a pole dancer!VIEW LEVELS

Small children and toddlers are not allowed inside the studio either in class or in the waiting area. This is to help protect our adult customers and instructors in class, and is ultimately in the interest of the child as we do not offer supervision services. Inversion’s classes host a myriad of pole dance styles, music played in the studio, and attire that the students learn with that are catered towards adults.
Check out the prerequisites for the level class you wish to join. If you are able to perform these consistently with comfort, you are ready to enter the class. You do not need to use all of your purchased classes in the same level. For example, if you purchase the 12 or 8 class package, you are not restricted to which level or type of classes to enter.VIEW PACKAGES
Wear a comfortable t-shirt or tank top, along with a pair of shorts that are suitable for exercise. High heels are optional. You can bring a pair of high heels to wear, or you may dance barefoot. Please be considerate of others and do not wear lotions or oils prior to class – the pole will get slippery! Hand jewelry like bracelets and rings should not be worn, because those tend to scratch skin and the poles – ouch!
There is absolutely no public nudity allowed at anytime inside our studio.VIEW APPAREL
