Contortion-style stretching, partner stretching, and dynamic stretching techniques are taught to help you to get better splits, back flexibility, and whole body treatment. This class also targets specific areas such as your shoulders, wrists, and neck which are crucial to every pole dancer’s well-being! Every time you finish your regular pole classes, send your body to Flexiblity Stretching class — your after-pole destination.
Attire: Keep warm with comfortable yoga pants or sweatpants, leg warmers and socks if desired.
