This Intro to Pole workshop will give you just the basics and is designed for those who are completely new to pole dancing. Held at our studio in Brea, Orange County, this great value workshop will satisfy your curiosity for pole dancing and give you the opportunity to have any questions or concerns answered by our instructors.
Start off your first pole encounter with full body stretches using the pole and learn fundamental grips and body positions for safe and effective techniques. Strengthen your body and get a workout with several beginner level strengthening exercises on the pole that are included with our original series at a steady pace.
This workshop is not mandatory to start taking our ongoing classes. If you’re looking for a special preview of our classes, this workshop is perfect for you. Attire: T-shirt or tank top, and yoga shorts or pants/leggings. Shoes are not worn during class, as first-time students are recommended to be barefoot.
