BIO

I had never taken a dance class or touched a pole until I walked into Inversion. I had come from a background of weight lifting in the gym, hiking in the mountains, and yoga studios to still find myself wanting more from my workouts. It wasn’t until pole fitness, where I allowed myself to celebrate my body and confidence that I began to notice changes in how I carry myself. I fell in love within a couple classes. Like with anything that fulfills you, i wanted to throw myself into it wholeheartedly every single day, and that’s exactly what I did. Not letting my lack of dance experience or flexibility hold me back. We all need to start somewhere. Pole fitness has taught me patience and accepting the fact that, in order to make progress, you must make the effort; the results take time and discipline.

Inversion creates a space of acceptance and excitement as we all cheer each other on and celebrate the small victories. I’m so thankful to have started at an intimate studio, allowing instructors to share the attention you deserve.

My goal as a teacher is to help students develop a healthy relationship with their body mentally and physically. Along with that, I intend to keep inspiring others to commit to what they can be. The great thing about pole is celebrating our bodies and I can’t wait for others to start!
