Ashlie started dancing at the age of 3 studying tap and ballet in Silver Spring Maryland. Dance became
Ashlie’s passion, and she joined a jazz competition team which she competed with until she was 15. She was the captain of her high schools dance team and won several awards including a Maryland Distinguished Scholar of the Arts, Team awards and Trophies.
In Ashlie’s senior year of high school, she was selected to be in a Youth Intensive Dance Program which was geared to prepare dancers for college and professional dance careers and studied under some of the biggest name modern choreographers and instructors in Washington DC.
Ashlie received the Carol Tubbs dance scholarship at CSU Dominguez Hills where she studied dance as her major. She danced with professional dance companies in Los Angeles, including Funderburk Dance Artists, before discovering pole. In 2015 Ashlie Discovered pole dancing while obtaining her 200 yoga Certification with Corepower and has been hooked ever since.
For Ashlie, pole is the perfect balance of strength, dance and artistry. The pole community has been one of support, encouragement and inspiration. She has taught dance and pole classes and workshops in Los Angeles and Orange County, from Ballet to Twerk. Ashlie also hold 8 medals with PSO from 2015-2019. She is so excited to be welcomed by Inversion, and to share her love of dance with the Inversion Family.
