This 2-part contortion workshop series is designed just for you!
Learn how to take your pole and aerial moves to the next level by safely and effectively increasing your flexibility and functional range of motion. Over the course of 2, two hour workshops, you will learn exercises and techniques to improve your center splits, pancake, vertical splits, standing splits, and take strides towards developing or improving your standing back bend, bendy elbow stands, and chin stands.
Each student will be given flexibility exercises customized to focus on their own personal goals and areas of struggle to do on their own 1-2 times a week between workshops. The techniques gleaned from this workshop will help build a solid foundation enabling you to progress toward your pole, aerial or just overall bendy goals.
