What is your cancellation and late policy?

5 hour cancellation policy
Class and event cancellations must be made at least 5 hours in advance to the start of class or event, or you will forfeit your class credit. To cancel a class online, go to “My Info” when you are logged into your online account and review your schedule. If you have an unlimited membership, a $10 missed class fee is automatically charged.

Late policy
If students are more than 10 minutes late, their spots will be given to any stand-bys or walk-ins present. It is always in your best interest to arrive early and on time to class, to ensure all students in the class can properly participate in the safest way possible.
