6p – 7:15p Fundamental Exotic Dancer Flow
Best for pole newbies, brand new polers. No pole or dance experience required/expected. 
With Ashlie’s extensive teaching experience, even the shyest, new first timers will love unlocking their feminine power 😉
Attire: form fitting shorts or leggings, socks or heels.  Remove ring jewelry and avoid wearing lotions prior to class.

7:30p – 8:45p Strip & Flow
For polers who have at least solid beginner foundations experience.  Suitable for those who are comfortable doing pole pirouhettes, beginner spins, and basic pole/floor flow. Bring a extra loose layer to strip off!  Go beyond your norm and bring HER out 😉
